REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Included in registration is sleeping accommodations, meals for Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, hospital (hospitality) room stocked with snacks and drinks, workshops and breakout groups, and different activities on the grounds.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Sleeping arrangements are dorm style cabins with bunk beds and shared restrooms/showers inside the cabins. There is a campground area where you can choose to bring your own tent and set up your own campsite (no additional charge). If you would like to make your own lodging arrangements at an establishment in town, you may do so at your own expense.
PACKING LIST:
Clothing and shoes to match the weather, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, sunscreen, bug repellent), towel, linens/bedding/sleeping bag/pillow. There will be several outdoor sports and activities available, so pack appropriate clothes if you’d like to participate.
OPTIONAL THURSDAY EARLY ARRIVAL:
For an additional charge of $15 you can arrive Thursday evening. This includes a bunk in the group cabins, but dinner will not be provided.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CEU's:
There will be workshops you can choose to attend and earn CEU’s. There will also be different breakout sessions, but these are not eligible for CEU’s.
ACTIVITIES:
There will be a wide variety of activities ranging from professional to casual. In the OPC building (main building/dining hall) there will be workshops, breakouts, hospital room, silent auction, and story-telling. Outdoors offers hiking, volleyball, soccer, basketball, corn hole, ladder golf, and a fire pit area.
DO YOUR OWN THING:
Each day will have a variety of things offered and scheduled, but it is completely up to you what you want to do or attend.
FINANCIAL AID:
We will be accepting waiver applications from June 1st-July 31st. If approved for the waivers, your registration cost will be covered. Any questions or concerns about financial assistance can be sent to [email protected]
ACCOMODATIONS:
The camp is providing golf carts for Coda Midwest to use to get around the grounds. Please let us know upon arrival if you will require this assistance.
ALCOHOL:
If you are legal drinking age, alcohol is not prohibited. However, please be responsible. Keep glass to a minimum by not bringing bottles, and/or containing bottles to your vehicle or bunk.

From The North - Indianapolis and surrounding communities:
Take I-65S to the Columbus exit (#68) at SR 46. Go west on SR 46 and follow for about 14 miles. Two miles west of Gnaw Bone, turn right on Old SR 46 (across from the North Entrance to Brown County State Park). Go 1/2 mile and veer to the right onto Clay Lick Rd. Camp is 2 miles further.
From The South - Southern Indiana:
Take I-65N to the Columbus exit (#68) at SR 46. Go west on SR 46 and follow for about 14 miles. Two miles west of Gnaw Bone, turn right on Old SR 46 (across from the North Entrance to Brown County State Park). Go 1/2 mile and veer to the right onto Clay Lick Rd. Camp is 2 miles further.
