Registration: 
​Registration limited to the first 100 registrants.

• March 1 - CODA Region 3 Member Discount Registration = $200.00
• March 16 - Early Bird Registration = $225.00
• May 16 - Regular Registration = $250.00
• Aug 16 - Late Registration = $300.00

Registration includes: 

• Thursday 10/26 early arrival cook out
• 4 Meals:
  • Friday 10/27 - dinner buffet
  • Saturday 10/28 - lunch & dinner buffet
  • Sunday 10/29 - breakfast buffet
• Hiking trails
• Waterfalls
• Workshops
• Sasquatch hunting

Note: registration does not include lodging or sleeping accommodations.
Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellations may be refunded as follows:
  • March 1 - May 30 = full refund minus $25
  • June 1 - July 30 = 75% refund minus $25
  • Aug 1 - Sept 30 = 50% refund minus $50
  • Oct 1 - 26 = no refund
• Registrations are non transferable.
